Job Description
As HR Business Partner you will

  • Report to the HR Manager
  • Be in charge of a business unit
  • Be responsible for the operational HR including the administration (documents, contracts)
  • Supervise the payroll for your population
  • Work on different HR projects: talent development, turnover & retention, performance management
  • Supporting, influencing, and contributing to the BU business strategy and by advising business leaders on HR matters.
  • Being the warrant of HR professionalism in the BU, ensuring the proper talent availability and development at BU level.
  • Participate to some hard HR projects too like the review of the bonus policy (implementation of Warrants for example)

To be successful as HR Business Partner you have

A first successful experience in HR of about 7 years: HR Generalist, HRBP

An entrepreneur mindset and the ability to build trusting relationships

Negotiation skills

Managerial skills – Direct reports

Ability to drive projects and achieve results in a matrix organization

Ability to assess/develop people

Strong communication & animation capabilities

Good listener, analyses mindset to translate a need in a solution

Demonstrate superior customer service skills and knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement practices

Ability to work with multiple people/projects concurrently

Strong verbal and written communication skills
